The Firm, ZAKNAP Construction Management Limited was registered in June 2012 as a limited liability company with the Certificates of Incorporation and to Commence Business, and later acquired Works Certificate with the Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing (MWRWH).

DIRECTOR
MINDO NAPADOW

As the Director and Lead Consultant Mr. Napadow is responsible for the overall coordination and direction of the Company. He specifically coordinates the activities of the various members of staff, organize and supervise arrangements for all field and office works and general operational activities and program of the Project Team. As project leader, Mr Napadow initiates Stakeholder consultation and engagement in finding a better way of delivering an acceptable project to the desire of the Client. He makes sure that quality assurance is offered for a completed project.
Mr. Zakariah Mindo Napadow has over forty years’ work experience in the building construction, civil works and project management profession and about twenty-five years of this period in the senior supervisory capacity.
He has on many occasions supervised and coordinated multi-million dollar projects locally and overseas for the past four decades. He has been a consultant with United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Western Samoa (The South Pacific). . . .
He studied and worked in Australia for about twenty years and finally as a consultant with the Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL’s) Head Quarters in Accra and a lecturer at the Koforidua Technical University. His qualification as a Construction Economist and Sustainable Development Specialist, in addition to his function as a Project Manager, makes him a complete hands-on project management consultant.

Dr. Abukari Ibrahim Issaka (PhD)
Environmental and Safeguard Specialist
Dr. Abukari Ibrahim Issaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (KNUST - 1984), an MPhil in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Castle, Australia (2001). Dr. Issaka also graduated from the University of Western Sydney – Australia, with a PhD in International Public Health - (2015).
Dr. Issaka brings on board a pack of experience in both environmental engineering and Health Science. His understanding of the Australia’s strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Standards gives him an advantage. He has over 10 Research papers to his credit in both Environmental Engineering and Public Health and Safety. He has good knowledge of the Ghanaian Environmental laws and Safety regulations. Dr. Issaka will guide the design team to conform to environmental conditions and public safeguards in accordance with international charters and conventions. He will initiate and facilitate the acquisition of all relevant environmental permits regarding ESS requirements.
Mr. MOHAMMED HUSEINI
Business Development Manager & Engineer
As the Business Development/Manager and Project Engineer Mr. Huseini advises on Business Development implementation plans. He assists the design and construction teams, including the Administrator in their strategic design methodology that enhance the attraction and implementation of any project from inception till completion stage.
Mr Huseini attended St. Paul Technical School, Kukurantumi-Akim where he attained the City & Guilds of London Institute Certificate in General Course in Construction –(GCC), and later at the Accra Polytechnic for the Construction Technician Certificate (CTC) Part TWO, also from the City & Guilds of London Institute in 1979.
Mr. Huseini holds a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering and Electro-technology & Data Communications Networks form Milcom College and Melbourne College of Technology respectively, from Australia. He has undertaken and attained Advance Diploma in Business Management and Administration from the Cambridge Tutorial College, Jersey, UK.
He has extensive work experience in Construction and Structural Engineering works, Surveying and Information Technology from countries like Nigeria, Singapore, Japan and Australia which is an asset to the team.
Surv. Adam Abdul-Rahman Seini
Quantity Surveyor
Surv. Adam Abdul-Rahman Seini is the Quantity Surveying (Q.S.) Consultant with the Company. He started his professional education with the Kumasi Catholic Technical Institute where he attained the Construction Technician Certificate Part 1 in the year 2001. He later pursued the Construction Technician Parts 2 & 3 Certificates at the then Tamale Polytechnic in 2002 and 2004 respectively. At this stage, Mr. Seini had started his internship and professional carrier with the Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL) in Tamale. As a determined young man, Mr. Seini returned to Tamale Technical University to study for the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Construction in 2007.
For the search of higher knowledge, Surv. Abdul-Rahman Seini gained admission to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) for the Bachelor Degree in Construction Economics (Quantity Surveying) and completed in 2014.
He has had over 15 years total work experience with a start point in AESL. He has been involved in pre and post contract service for a large number of projects. He has always been involved in Pre-contract and Post-contract supervision works in the Greater Accra and Northern Regions (Tamale).
As the Q.S. Rahman is responsible for all aspects of the project, dealing with construction and maintenance costs. He is also concerned with advising on cost estimates and Bill of Quantities and the preparation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) till practical completion.
Adam Abdul-Rahman Seini is a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Quantity Surveyor (MGhIQS).
Ms. SALIMA S. ATCHULO
Administrator / Secretary
Ms Salima Salifu Atchulo is a hardworking and meticulous administrator. She rums the Company’s daily activities and helps in the preparation of contractual documentations.
Ms. Atchulo attained her Communication and Business management professional qualifications from distance learning institutions such as College of Professional Training Institute, UK. In June 2006, she attained an Advanced Diploma from the Zenith University College, Ghana. Salima later attained a BSc Business Management Degree from ABE College, UK in 2010.
Salima manages all the stakeholder engagement meetings and prepares the work schedules and site meetings. Salima assists all experts in their duties in maintaining proper record keeping and work schedules. Her understanding of Work place Occupational Health and safety measures is recommendable.
Salima is a complete hands-on operative who understands the details of Construction and Project Management. It is a delight to have her in our team.

Ing. Ahmed Dadzie
Structural Engineer & Contract Administrator
Ing/Surv. Ahmed Dadzie has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry His experience covers design and construction/supervision of building and civil works, preparation of materials schedule and cost estimates.
His other experience covers the preparation of tender documentation, contract documentation and negotiations and report writing.
Ing/Surv. Dadzie started his professional education at the St. Paul Technical School, Kukurantumi, Akim, where he studied for General Course in Construction (GCC) – 1978-1980. He proceeded to the Takoradi Polytechnic for the Ordinary Technician Diploma (OTD) in Construction from 1980 to 1982. After serving his National Service practice he taught briefly at the St Paul Technical School, his Alma Mater.
Ahmed Dadzie returned to College at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) for the Diploma in Civil Engineering- 1985 – 1987. In the year 2011, re returned to KNUST for a BSc. Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics - 2011 – 2014.
Ing/Surv. Dadzie has worked in urban and rural communities undertaking projects such as the design and construction of Markets, Schools, Residential accommodation facilities and Clinics.
His involvement in the Micro-projects programme in the Northern Region has enhanced his skills in participatory development.
Mr. Ahmed Dadzie has extensive experience (over 20 years) in building maintenance projects working with the Public Works Department.Mr. Dadzie has also worked on O & M of small Town Water System by DANIDA - 2005 He attended workshop on Identification, Sensitisation, Implementation and Supervision and Monitoring of DWAP Projects by CiDA, ML GRD & DWAP secretariat - 2005
