This is a Luxury 5-Bedroom Residential house at Oyarifa –Accra. It is designed and built by ZAKNAP Construction Management Ltd with sand Crete block works.

a). Access to the building is from a front Foyer leading to an internal “Run-way” open Corridor that exposes a well-designed 7.0m high decorated Ceiling with two beautiful Rosettes. The open space in the building gives it a natural lighting and better air circulation that allows the conservation of energy in the building.

b). the building accommodates a Large Lounge room, a Family room, a Study/office, 4 No. Bathrooms/Toilets, a large Kitchen, a Dining area, separate Laundry and Store room, including an upstairs Play room, an external Alfresco and an enclosed Double-garage space.  

c). Floor & Walls: With the exception of the Kitchen and Washrooms, internal floors are all finished with 600 x 600mm porcelain Italian tiles. The Kitchen Floor and Wall tiles are carefully selected to synchronise with each other and blend with the Mahogany Kitchen cabinets.
