PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A set of 2 or 3 Bedroom houses made of single and two-storey sand-Crete houses.

a). The popular 2-storey house type has a spacious ground floor that accommodates a Bedroom with en-suite, a Visitor’s rest-room, a Family room, Kitchen and Store room, a laundry space, and an internal Stair leading to the upper floor.

b). The upper floor also accommodates two (2) spacious Bedrooms with en-suites, a sitting room and a Balcony.

c). The Floors are finished with 600 x 600mm Italian made tiles to march the internal wall finished painting and decoration.

d). The Ceiling is a mixture of PoP and plasterboard materials with elegant paint finish.

Single Single Types

The Single Storey type has 2 spacious Bedrooms with en-suite including all other amenities like the former. It has an optional Guest room at the rear of the house.

General Conclusion:

All the Buildings are protected with enclosed 5-course high block wall with timber palling, rendered and painted and secured with a 3.0m high automated steel gate. The open compound is partially paved with 100 x 200mm pavement blocks with green carpet grass landscape lawns for the other half of the open space demarcated with concrete curbs.

Each Estate house is provided with serviced Bore-hole for water supply and a provision for garbage collection.

Total Construction period is 1 and half years (18 Months).
